One reason I'm happy to be home is that the pizza is just better up here than in South Jersey. We have harder water so the crust is firmer and more crunchy. From a beer perspective: The 8/1 cans of Heady I bought up here are better than the 8/6 cans I bought down south. The latter are more bitter and the former more fruity. Just an observation. Great to get Heady this fresh. Cheers!

Huge storm today but headed for a beautiful weekend. Did my pizza dough for tomorrow night working on tonight. Argentinian pink shrimp in a Plugra butter an wine sauce with fresh tomato, mushroom, shallots and herbs with a touch of Calabrian Chilies. Hidden amongst the mis en place and papaya plants is a very delicious EQ Harvester of Science. Cheers,!
