Hey all - been a while since I’ve been in the societe but considering coming back. Anyone in the club with an opinion of how it’s been this last year? I see you get 12 bottles (and all are malty offerings) for $500 now, which doesn’t seem too bad. Anyone have a list of what was released in the last year? Seems that they’re innovating a bit more than they used to when it was the same beers year after year. Would love to see them do more double barrel offerings, which I think they did a DB Blue Ridge last year? Maybe more of that is on the horizon?

Personally, I love Perennial's membership program. I'm also in 2nd Shifts and have been in La Coterie for about 6 years. While the overall quality may not be Side Project, it is certainly good enough for me to stick with it. They recently switched the membership to be only barrel aged malty beers (it used to have sours included) and that has been quite nice. I feel like I'm constantly in there to pick up new releases. This membership year, we've received:

    • Colourant
    • Pacific Rim
    • Creek Pigeon
    • Peyto
    • 2025 Anniversary Blend
    • 2025 BA Sump
    • 2025 BA 17 (was not included in the membership, but members received 1st access)
    • 2025 Blue Ridge
    • O'Doyle Rules (same as BA 17)
    • 2025 BA Abraxas
    • 2025 Member's Blend
    • Thrill of the Chase (same as BA 17)
    • 2025 Maman
    • 2025 BA Fantastic Voyage (same as BA 17)

No problem at all. The last two bottles of this membership year were just announced:

    • BA Vietnamese Abraxas
    • Triple Barrel Blue Ridge (member exclusive)

I signed up for the quarterly membership last year. There was already a bottle up when I signed up and they said I would qualify for that one. Based on my order history, it took 5 days for it to pop up to claim.

Probably not exactly the appropriate thread, but does anyone know how to find out what Perennial currently has available to-go, preferably barrel-aged?

They don't really advertise it, but they have a menu at the brewery for what's available. I'll be in town next week and could get a list.

Anyone know if they’re selling single bottles of the BA Abraxas barleywine at the brewery? I don’t want the package, but that one interests me…

They don't have current plans to sell Abraxas BW Togo. There will likely be some for onsite at,some point.
At this point they have no plans to sell solo bottles to go. There will likely be bottles for onsite consumption at,some point.

I think I did see it pop up on Tavour though. Not sure if it's still there.

So all of the bottles besides the four you pointed out are included in the price of the membership?

Perennial has been killing it lately. I had BA Coconut Abraxas, BA Fantastic Voyage, and TB Blue Ridge last weekend, and all 3 were elite. Food was good too, and the space is great. Might need to come back to the Societe next year. Bummed I just missed the annual sign up on Oznr.

I completely agree. The BA Coconut Abraxas was so good and the BA Barleywine Abraxas was solid. I decided to do the quarterly membership since I missed the annual sign up last year. That could be an option if you're open to it.

As @FightingIrish70 mentioned, the quarterly and double quarterly memberships are still there, at a slight premium versus the full year, but a continuous option throughout the membership year.

SDC got one and could buy an extra bottle. Description for DB Maman:

This iteration of Maman is a blend of imperial stouts aged for 29 months in Elijah Craig and Weller Bourbon barrels and then 12 months in Willet Bourbon barrels. Lovely notes of marshmallow, oak and maple. ABV 15% *contains lactose
