@TCgenny made me cancel my plans to see Crypta in Madison, Wisconsin, tonight, with a drone strike that annihilated my porch. This beer is a remnant from a different haul that I need to finish. With the choice of spending time at home on a beautiful day, and drinking incredible beers I have no reasonable access to, or drinking expensive macro beers at a crowded music venue, I made the right choice. It will also be easier to prepare for the MLB playoff series the world has always wanted, which starts at 1pm tomorrow. Chicago Cubs versus Milwaukee Brewers. The Vidkun Quisling trial of traitors series, you might say. I now have to make my first selection from the @TCgenny haul.

 

Happy Friday BA's! mrs. meanmutt and I took the day off work to celebrate her birthday, which was actually on Wednesday. Visited the Cincinnati Museum Center this morning to check out a Thomas R. Schiff Civic Architecture Panoramic Photo exhibit...some very cool photography. Currently at the Northside Yacht Club for some lunch. Drinking Rhinegeist Brewery Truth IPA...

This beer caught my eye as I was unpacking the new haul from @TCgenny. I love Trillium Brewing, and this beer is a collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing. @cjgiant and @DavetotheB, I cheered for the Boston Red Sox last night, for the first time ever. Their victory would have created a more favorable Milwaukee Brewers gametime tomorrow. My temporary fandom did not go well. I would probably have to be at Fenway Park when they face the Chicago Cubs to try that again, but you never know. Circumstances always change. Fenway Park is the crown jewel of MLB, and the fans inside the park are incredible. Sports fans all need to check out Lambeau Field and Fenway Park.
