    Excited for another Brunch Friends event! I'm cool with the burrito being included with the ticket like it was last year although I'd prefer being able to choose between their brunch items during the event. Would much rather have the chicken and waffles. Either way it should be a blast as always.

    Also, bring back Colonel!

    The only beer clubs I'm a member of these days are HPB and Private Press and I don't really feel like I need any more than that honestly. Here's to another great year for Highland Park Brewery.

    I'm a big fan of the brewery's breakfast burrito, it's a good balance of ingredients. I'm a little cold on the chicken and waffles since I'm not a fan of their tenders. Weird looking things that end up being a little too dry/stringy for my liking.

    Now that I have safely secured a case of them :wink:, I am soooo happy to remind everyone that 1Up is back in cans. I've been waiting for this to come back for almost 5yrs.

    I don't know a better double westy available out there. If you know one, I'm all ears.

    I've never been to the brewery, but I always try their beers when they show up down south. Hello, LA with Citra and Mosaic--

    Big aroma of green melon, lemon, and a whiff of orange peel. Lush and sudsy in the mouth with the long lasting froth. This classic combination of hops seems to keep on working well. It reminds me of Cascades from the olden days. But it's a clean taste of honeydew and lime. Rather sweet, but if you don't object to that it's highly sippable and flavorful. Really fruity, not overly bitter, then quite tangy, and long-lasting aromatics. Had to find much fault with this for a big IPA.

    Yeah, seemed like this year's brunch was more chill. Speedy process to get inside, good bottle share and not too long a wait to get stuff on tap. Only bummer was no hot coffee this time around.

    Dusting this thread off to say that Fresh Hop Timbo is tasting and smelling more dank than Timbo Classic.

    Looking forward to the release of Sticky Fresh and the Fresh Hop tap takeover next Wednesday.

    Sticky Fresh is tomorrow, yes? Any info on next Wednesday’s FH takeover? Sounds like that’s when they will release FH HelloLA?

    Oh, yeah, Sticky Fresh is tomorrow. I probably should've phrased that better. The takeover will have beers from Green Cheek, Human People Beer and Single Hill Brewing, which seems kind of small? Was hoping for more breweries. One of HPB's emails mentioned Fresh Hop Hello LA is probably going to release around Oct. 22.

    Damn, won’t be in town for FH HelloLA release. I was hoping to take that one with us to Korea to enjoy there. Oh well. Thanks for the update.

    Made it out to the brewery yesterday before the game. Only the Human People and Single Hill beers were still on tap, guess Green Cheek kicked the day before.

    Both were good, but I think the Single Hill was my favorite. It was billed as a fresh hop West Coast IPA but looked like a hazy and tasted/smelled like fresh squeezed orange juice.
