    Full review linked above, full New Beer Weekend #273 treatment linked here. Intense maple glazed bacon to start, settles into a nice blend of maple bacon, smoked wood and salty cracker. If you like this mix, grab this beer.

    @TCgenny provided me this classic Canadian beer, which features a gorgeous can. I had an epic day planned. My plans have been canceled. The day will now be historic. Instead of voyaging all over Wisconsin, I am now going directly to Milwaukee. For game 5 of the MLB NLDS. Chicago Cubs at Milwaukee Brewers. I was already dreading having to deal with people from Illinois in central Wisconsin at Central Waters Brewing in Amherst. Now I will have to wait in line for Black Gold at Central Waters Brewing in Milwaukee with emboldened Chicago Cubs fans. Hostilities will probably boil over all over town. We are ready for war! Chicago Cubs BAs, come up here! Join me! History awaits us!
