    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.5

    Clear, golden body; excellent carbonation; thick, white head, dense, long-lasting, sticky; fat rings of foam cling to the glass. Pleasant, yellow pome fruit nose; green apple and pear. Mundane taste; very light malt base with a modest dose of hop bitterness; lemon pith. Medium body; pleasant residual sugar heft on the palate; a bit juicy, a tad dry.

    The looks are the high point for this beer. The taste has little distinctive quality to it. All in all, an okay beer that, while not bad, is not really memorable.

    ...I was excited to try this non-IPA Trillium beer but wound up fairly disappointed...a bit more beer flavor, perhaps more of a malt presence overall, would have made this one stand out...

    1) Insight Schickemode (5.8%): A Festbier from Minnesota with flavors of pale Munich malt, honey, graham cracker, and toasted notes
    versus
    2) Weihenstephaner Festbier (5.8%): A German Festbier with flavors of pale malt, smooth honey, cereal, pale Munich malts. Smooth. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    Another Festbier Battle. Schickemode leans sweet, but great flavors. Weihenstephaner is authentically German. Both are great, but easy to tell the difference here.

    Right along here ba. All fresh- all citra everything, ddh, iipa, oh. This is actually pretty bad. Nothing popping, just muted hop notes and a complete hop waste,
