The Veil in Richmond is a great brewery if you run across any, which you should be able to. They have pretty good distribution in VA.

 

Is anyone going for Mornin Delight? Trying to find a proxy and had no luck in the trading forums. Any help would be appreciated

Saturday, December 13th. Nothing about how it will work, but I assume a lottery.

 

Did you guys get a confirmation email when you signed up for KBBS lottery?

When are they supposed to announce lottery results? Or maybe they already have.

 

Got an email just after 4:00 CST today.

 

Swing and a miss for me. Guess I'll have to see if they're doing a 2nd chance option as they've done in years past.

 

They never even put the lottery info on their website. Just on their socials. What's the point of having an events section of your website if you aren't going to use it consistently?

 

I had the same feeling. I saw it on the socials, but when I went to the events page to actually enter, nothing there. Seems ridiculous.

 

Hi all - two things

I had a friend drop out of KBBS dinner, so I have a 4-top but only 3 of us - if there was any single out there thinking of going but didn't want to spring for a 2-top, I have a spot open and willing to make a new beer friend. Just normal cost of the spot which was $250

Also - if anyone is coming into St. Paul before driving down to KBBS - I have a hotel room I pre-paid for that I can't cancel - pretty sure I can transfer the reservation into someone else's name - if you're interested, DM me. Thx.

Release was so well organized and met some great folks. I second your thoughts on Coconut Pecan Vanilla Assassin. 2020 and 2025 KBBS were great, slight edge to 2020. Would have loved to try last years' Brewers Reserve aged in Apple Brandy barrels and Vanilla, heard it was excellent. So grateful to have been selected this year for the release.

 

Aurora was drinking so well right now. MBCC Assassin was also fantastic. I won't even comment on KBBS because it was flawless as always - little more coffee forward in 2025.

 

I still have a bottle of 2024 BRS & would be happy to discuss a trade. DM if interested.

 

Last year's brewers reserve was better than 2025. This year's was sooo sweet. Cloying.
