    ...and don't say 10 AM (or after I finish my morning coffee), haha.

    Anyway, seeing Christmas Ales in stores before Halloween makes me wonder when y'all start imbibing on the delicious Christmas Ales. Do you wait until closer to Thanksgiving, or cannot wait until they come out?

    I sure hope they don't follow the trend of Christmas decorations being in stores by Labor Day! :stuck_out_tongue:

    I have a Celebration chilling for tomorrow afternoon. Does that count? It's got a Christmas wreath on the label. :wink:

    I'm probably going to pick up Saint Arnold Christmas Ale, Deschutes Jubelale and maybe SN Celebration if I see it tomorrow. Might as well drink them when they are fresh, cause they won't be when Christmas comes around ha.

    Not all holiday ales are spiced.

    Anchor Steam wasn't a Christmas Ale. :slight_smile:

    (I am nothing if not pedantic about beer. :wink:)

    I wonder if it will be packaged in a 5L party can again this year. I agree. It's tasting good this year.

    Now don't get me involved ('cause the brewery was VERY inconsistent about its own name and its beers).

    Calling it "Our Special Ale" (aka OSA) was just confusing, too. I didn't work for them, so should I refer to it as "Their Special Ale"?

    I typically wait until the month of December to drink these sorts of beers!

    Cheers!

    Okay, but was the first placard actually created at the brewery? It almost looks like distributor marketing material.

    "Available here."

    Which, BTW, is tasting as good as ever.

    @TongoRad

    Also BTW -- 65 IBU? Yeah, I guess I'm officially immune (or addicted) to bitterness.

    So... why isn't this beer in the World Class rating?
