Vinohradská 12° lager at Vinohradský Pivovar in Prague. Very good!

Continuing my exploration of Prague (solo; my wife is in the park knitting while I am out Prague-ing it up at breweries) at Lajka Pivovar. This is the Strelka 10° pale lager and it’s very good — and probably the creamiest, smoothest beer I’ve ever had that wasn’t some 12% imperial stout.



Also stopped off at a bookstore for more Czech literature.

Sally 9° gose at Lajka. Since the last pic I also had their pilsner, and I think it’s no contest that Lajka is my favorite brewery so far in Czech Republic (with 9 or 10 breweries visited so far this trip). This is a classic gose, no funny business, very well executed.

Only my second Celebration so far - so damn good! And I found this cool "Blue Heron" brewery glass this am - fairly local place in Medina - the great blue heron is my totem bird - see them all the time around here!
