1) Phase Three All Pixel Everything (8.0% canned 8/18/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin for flavors of orange, green melon, berries, tropical grape.
versus
2) Toppling Goliath Citra Hop Drop (8.1% canned 10/29/2025): A NEIPA from Iowa with Citra, Simcoe, and Krush for flavors of orange, citrus flower, berries, stonefruit, and tropical grape. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Epic Beer Battle today BeerAdvocates. Phase Three versus Toppling Goliath IPA Battle. First is All Pixel Everything in collab with Other Half. Amazing hop combo with the Motueka and Nelson. Complex and starting to mellow out a bit approaching 3 months, but still amazing and one of the best I've had this year.
Next is Toppling Goliath Citra Hop Drop, a brand new release in collab with Boulevard in Kansas City. Citra, Simcoe, and Krush. Nice Citra orange here and then some resinous stonefruit from the Simcoe and Krush, plus some tropical berries and grape from the Krush as well. Better hop flavors and combination than I expected. Living right new the brewery most Toppling Goliath I get is still 4 weeks old at best. This is about one week fresh, and I don't remember that I ever found a Toppling Goliath within 10 days. Very impressive at only 10 days and may improve.

You guys are supposed to be in Green Bay, WI, this weekend, at my house! You guys are having this gathering just to flex on us Green Bay Packers fans. You have achieved the desired effect. I am jealous, even though I have my own bottle share(s) planned.

 

Back at it ba. The jewels, dipa (mosaic/ Vic secret), hop butcher. Hop forward, lots of citrus notes, good and decent enough but still misses the top tier for me,

The food truck rally was a bust…nothing good and waaay expensive…only 8 trucks, sad. Nice day though so we’ve hit a local watering hole/Irish pub for beers and burgers…drinking a half and half:
