I stopped drinking coffee stouts at night, just in case.

 

23 pages. Daaaaaaamn.

 

33 d F here. I hear some frozen hitting the windows. It is going to warm up late next week. I still am going to cut the grass/ mulch the leaves at some point one more time.

 

I bought that sixer of expresso stout from Saugatuck Brewing last week. I only had one. I was up all night! Not sure when I am going to knock down the other 5!

I remember my maternal grandparents 50th anniversary celebration. We went to an upscale Mexican restaurant that had a brass plaque on a chair that said “Richard Nixon sat here”. I hear you on that front. Doesn't seem like we get that sustained cold anymore to obliterate those mf'ers though. Nowadays for winter we'll get one cold day followed by 2-3 in the low 40s. GImme that 7 day streak of sub 10° weather and I'm all on board. None of this fractured winter weather.
