Good morning everyone. We are attending a “happy accident” birthday party today. Ours and our friends have kids that are older…but they ended up with a 2 year old. Oops!

I am well past the stage so need the heavy hitting 9.6% first.

Whelp I had a very disappointing race today. Not only my sluggish pace, but had 4 long-time friends and former teammates there and we failed to find each other. And my GPS lied about my pace. And I forgot to set my lap notifications, so never noticed the mile-time discrepancy. And I didn't get a shirt.

I'm attributing all these frustrations to karma for my being a sloth lately. This was my 10th, and intended final, race of the year. But, I'll prolly need to get a Turkey Trot 5k in cuz I don't wanna go out like this.

At least the weather was perfect... low 40s and drizzle.

Anyway... Schilling now.
