    RAR Out Of Order - Drink Up, Me Hearties Fruited Sour, 5% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a half-finger light-orange head that left lactose and puree residue. Aroma is orange, coconut, lactose, and pineapple. Taste follows, quite sweet, slightly tart. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, overall excellent.

    Good morning BAs! Another chilly start this morning…after it warmed up from 43°, I’m in the cold plunge with a Cafe Deth:

    Canned 9/17/25. Coffee vibrant. One of my favorite breakfast beers.

    Shortly off for our morning walk. Have a wonderful Wednesday y’all!

    Today, the weather has improved, out here in McGregor, and has become more autumnal. Sundae hasn't been quite herself lately, and has been much less social, sticking more to her favourite hiding spots, rather than being with my lady Pamela and I, which has us worried. But this morning, she's been in much better spirits, so hopefully she's back to being ship shape. Both her and Gracie were more than happy to help me check out my three new beers for the day: First, it was my eighth brew from Sarnia, Ontario's Refined Fool Brewing Co.--their 6.2% Van Full of Weirdos Juicy IPA. It's shown, poured, with articles on the cult classics Dog Soldiers (Neil Marshall, 2002); Driller Killer (Abel Ferrara, 1976); and Faces of Death (John Alan Schwartz, 1978)...

    [IMG]

    Next, it was my third of Pabst Brewing Company's (from San Antonio, Texas--although, here in Canada, it's brewed by Guelph, Ontario's Sleeman Breweries Ltd.) handiworks--their 5.9% Pabst Blue Ribbon Strong Beer...

    Finally for today, it's my eleventh beer from nearby Windsor, Ontario's Sandwich Brewing Company--their 4.4% Sal y Limon Lime Gose...

    All three beers are also shown bookending articles on the cult classics Cube (Vincenzo Natali, 1997); Dawn of the Dead (George A. Romero, 1979); Dead of Night (Alberto Cavalcanti, Charles Crichton, Basil Dearden, and Robert Hamer, 1945); and Cemetery Man (Michele Soavi, 1996), for no particular reason, although I've seen, and have, both Dawn of the Dead and Dead of Night, and they are superlative horror movies...

    [IMG]

    Tomorrow: Three more new beer experiences, from the following breweries:
    --Sleeman Brewing & Malting Co. (Guelph, Ontario; my fourth of their handiworks);
    --Rorschach Brewing Co. (Toronto, Ontario; my ninth); and
    --Sawdust City Brewing Co. (Gravenhurst, Ontario; my sixth)...

    Have a great rest of the day, and cheers...from The Responsible Beer Drinking Club! =)

    At the Jacksonville airport, time for a beer before I catch my flight home - and on the first page for the first time in a minute! This is Flying Saucer from Ruby Beach Brewing Company out of Jacksonville.

    This is, “The Official Beer for the Jacksonville Icemen” so I’ve got THAT going for me. Nice crisp lager with a nice spicy note from the Saaz hops. I could drink a couple of these fo shizzle.

    EZ day on tap here. This unit from the BA Big Beer Box has been whispering my name for a while and I've patiently awaited the right time to crack this sucka open. I shall heed the toll of the bell. Sunny 44F with a breeze. I'm wanting this brew outside and it's 11.5% so that should do something about the "outdoorsyness" factor. Cheers!

    I am a big fan of enjoying an airport beer (emphasis on “an” - I’m too much of a lightweight for multiple airport beers). It always feels so spontaneous to me, which I really enjoy.
