I have heard that chilling your fat boneless pork chops to just above freezing makes them turn out better after air frying. Cheers! :sunglasses:

Back home, I’m halfway through the 12-pack I purchased of this fantastic beer. I may have to remedy that situation.

    Soon. Because it’s a Celebration.

I think Dave might be a bit shy on real estate inside that Kustom Loin Chiller with all that Death Tar & Guinness...unless you're talkin' about his fat boneless pork chops:joy::beers: for air frying.

Rain is coming. Been a minute here in LA. Department of water and power in Los Angeles takes a chunk out of my ass watering grass and keeping water in the pool (and from everyone for that matter). An atmospheric river, so they say, on the news, that it what it is called here on the left coast. As opposed to just raining good old cats and dogs. Cheers!

For a chilly late afternoon I have having a Chelada from Modelo, the Sandía Picante.

Odd aroma that is sort of like watermelon but veers off into Mysteryland. The sweet taste and sugar are alarming at first, and the flavor is more like candy than fruit, but it's "interesting." The chili warmth comes on suddenly and gets really quite hot. Somehow the more acidic and less sweet versions of Cheladas work better for me.

Doing my own side by sides, boys. I find the the principal difference is Hemi has more of a minty note whereas Celly maintains it's somewhat controversial spiciness. Also, Celebration hits heavier with pine in spades. Cheers!

There’s just something about Alesmith that has me perpetually impressed. After two winners already this year, their Anvil Pilsner and Alesmith Oktoberfest Märzen, they keep piling it on, this time with a beer collaboration between Alesmith and San Diego State University. Designed to be the house party beer, I’m loving it!

San Diego State Ale is just that – a delicious, SD name-worthy 4.7% Golden Ale. If you were blindfolded you’d say this was a great Kolsch – pull the blinds off and you’d say the clarity is that of a Warsteiner Pilsner. I’m telling ya, this company has it figured out!

Nice head and lacing, I’m giving this the Beermeister32 “Chugworthy 10” rating – what a great beer!

Really makes me wax nostalgic back to the early 80’s when Beermeister32 was a beer young’un diligently studying at dear old Washington State University …. And partying over in “Scow”!!!! That’s Moscow, Idaho folks, back then the drinking age was 19. We would’ve really appreciated a collaboration beer between WSU for example – a great idea considering just how much beer was consumed in the area. I once read that Rathskellers (a bar made from an entire former supermarket) served more beer than in all of Munich! Ha!

OK, Ok, a bit of an exaggeration there, but it really does go to show that we can all have fun with this beer thing we’re all into. I suggest you drive over to Bevmo or Total Wine and load up on this before the tailgaters figure it out! Cheers…. Dude!
