Yesterday, it was cool but beautiful, out here in McGregor, and both cats were more than happy to assist me in investigating my three new beers (it should be stated that, Saturrday, I added a fourth brew to my usual three-beers-a-day regimen: My third beer from Stieglbrauerei zu Salzburg, of Salzburg, Austria--their 2.5% Grapefruit Radler (it's shown with Sundae)...



Usually, each day, I try to curate it, such that each of the three beers that I investigate is wildly different; that, in my experience, makes it much easier for me to remember each specific brew in the long term. But yesterday, I completely went against that rule of thumb, and had three hazy (or New England) IPA's: First, my fifth beer from Chatham, Ontario's Sons of Kent Brewing Co.--their 6% Drift Hazy IPA (it's with Gracie)...

Next for Sunday, my third of Edmonton, Alberta's Sea Change Brewing Co.'s handiworks--their 5.5% The Wolf Hazy Pale Ale (it's with Sundae)...



Finally, my fifth beer from Collingwood, Ontario's Side Launch Brewing--their 6.4% Hazy IPA (it's accompanied by Gracie)...



Tomorrow: Three more new beers to experience (including my 1000th different brew, since I started this project 18 months ago), from the following breweries:
--Town Brewery (Whitby, Ontario; my fifth of their wares);
--Waterloo Brewing (Kitchener, Ontario; my fourth); and
--Stockyards Brewing (Kitchener, Ontario; my fourth)...

Today, although it's cool and windy, it's very beautiful, out here in McGregor, and both Gracie and Sundae were more than pleased to help me investigate today's three new beers (it should be stated, that yesterday, I added a fourth beer to my usual three-a-day: My third brew from Royal Swinkels, of Lieshout, Netherlands--their 5% Bavaria Premium Beer (it's shown with Sundae)...



First for today, it's my fifth from Town Brewery, of Whitby, Ontario--their 6.2% Square Wheels Hazy (or New England) IPA (it's also with Sundae)...

I wanted to select something particularly special for my second one, as it's, since I started my project of keeping track of my favourite hobby, and wanting to raise it to the next level just 18 months ago (on May 16, 2024), my 1000th different brew. So, it's my sixth of the handiworks of Brasserie McAuslan, from Montreal, Quebec--their 9.2% 2025 Vintage Ale this, too, is with Sundae)...



Finally, from Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery, of Barrie, Ontario, it's my twentieth of their wares--their 10% Paranormal Imperial Pumpkin Ale (it's with Gracie)...



Tomorrow: Three more new beers to explore, from the following breweries:
--Wellington Brewery (Guelph, Ontario; my fifth of their handiworks);

Today, it's fairly cool and grey, but it's wonderful to be alive, and it's still a beautiful autumnal day, out here in McGregor. Gracie was too busy bathing to have anything but cursory glances toward my three new beers of the day, but Sundae was more than willing to help me explore them: First, it's my fifth of Cobden, Ontario's Whitewater Brewing Co.'s handiworks--their 6% High Tide NEIPA...



Next, it's my fifth brew from Ayr, Ontario's Willibald Farm Brewery--their 5.8% collaboration with Denmark's Seagrove Public (for their Afterthought Coffee)--Foreign Exchange Milk Stout w/Coffee...
