Side Project Brewing (2025)

That's pretty cool to hear. Shin Shin is one of probably three Side Project beers that I really want to try (everything else is gravy.)

I've been told we can visit SP during our Thanksgiving STL trip, but hard to say when we'll be there - it very well could be Wednesday on the way into town, though I'm hopeful for Fri/Sat in hopes anything released for Black Friday is still available.

 

Send 'em my way? For trade, I can offer...nothing.

 

Bottles are everywhere...and extremely expensive. Per ounce, I'm not sure if it's cheaper, but the smaller pour on draft is much more palatable (pun intended) for me.

 

This is a solid offer TBH.

My only disappointment is the lack of mention of Shin Shin.

 

Wasn't mentioned in the bundle part of the email, but it did at least get a shout-out down yonder at the very bottom:

We’re excited to release a two-bottle package featuring DM and Achromatic Vibes 2025 in collaboration with WeldWerks, available exclusively over-the-bar at our three Side Project locations beginning on Black Friday - Friday, Nov. 28th!

This package highlights coconut and vanilla in two different expressions: a barrel-aged and non-barrel aged version!

DM 2025, our "Derivation / Medianoche" collaboration, was brewed with our friend Neil Fisher of WeldWerks Brewing. We brewed a massive Imperial Stout in which we aged in Rye and Bourbon Barrels before blending and finishing it on Raw and Toasted Coconut Chips and a blend of Vanilla Beans.

Achromatic Vibes 2025 is our non-barrel aged collaboration with WeldWerks and is our Imperial Stout finished on Raw and Toasted Coconut Chips and a blend of Vanilla Beans.
