Your clams look great every time. On the Oysters . I steam /broil mine in a shallow 14 “ pan. I made a template out of chicken wire fencing to fit the pan , It raises the oyster up above the water. They open quickly , and i like them half steamed .

Yes I like rum. My favorite is Cavalier which I had in Antigua and it was so butter Scotch-y.
Unfortunately not able to import. English Harbours would be my second fave.

Have not tried at home baked or grilled , would love that thou! I sure you have some great toppings and recipes . I dont have a grill but could try some in the oven.
