Alpha Klaus Christmas Porter - 3Floyds

It’s a very hoppy version of a Porter. And it works nicely. The hops have a strong pine and orange zest without diminishing the roasted, chocolate malts.

Bell's Salted Chocolate Baltic Porter - I found this one in the back of my fridge. It was bottled 16-16-24 and is 9.0 abv. It's not as good as the name sounds. Age related?

 

Taddy Porter - Tadcaster

All malty goodness here. A slight tart edge and mild hops to keep it drinkable. Toasted malts, dates, pecans, black coffee. That’s an aged cheddar from Dorset and I’m loving the combination, as it Amps-up the savoriness dramatically. Just right for a cold and blustery day.
