The time is short for replies, so the best I can do is attach a link to a previous thread that should still be up to date. Have a nice visit. https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/grand-rapids-advice.681298/
I saw that Perrin was selling Double Black in cans. Only on Friday. And there is always chasing after Bourbon County. My personal favorite for barrel aged stouts is Arvon. They released three new barrel aged stouts on Tuesday. I would think there should be some left over if you visit on Friday.
Son of a bitch. You are coming to town and I will still be in Tennessee. I recommend Horrocks for a breadth of selection, and if you want brewery only, Arvon is putting out some really good barrel aged beers, most of which I can’t afford on my beer budget. Perrin might have some stuff up their sleeve, but No Rules day is their biggest day. Enjoy the city! There’s lots for the beer advocate to experience there. Cheers!
