Saw that! Pretty surprised on the Shin Shin one still hanging around.

 

Side Project is incredibly gifted at giving you the sense that something is very limited. However, in time, it's revealed that it's not. How often to bottles thought long gone show up on the on-site bottle list?

 

While I was worried about Shin Shin selling out before I could get to it, in hindsight, it was another pricey package in a long line of pricey packages. It's also competing with the DM package, which is all malty beers. Shin Shin was also recently released for others (?) too.

I don't regret buying Shin Shin (though I haven't tried anything from that package), but I did opt to pass on DM and a second BBT package after the purchase of Shin Shin. If I did not love coffee so much, then Shin Shin would've been an easy pass. At this point, I'm just picking my battles on what I pick up or let go. Looking back, everything I tried onsite this past week was all adjunct free options, which works to my wallets favor considering most beer releases have adjuncts.

 

Chances of DM for LC today? High or low?

 

Today is the last day packages are available at the Cellar.

No, but I'm curious as well -- will probably be opening one of them myself next Monday for the Eagles game.

 

DM is phenomenal, as good if not better than the first blend. One of the best coconut stouts I've ever had
