    Full day behind us… sorry if not BEER related but…

    Concluded the PT sessions, drove to my mothers home and back to handle some baby related stuffs.

    Last night felt weird, baby kicking the belly were getting insane to the point we almost drove to the ER.
    Eventually fell back asleep around 02:00.

    Calling it a day, we certainly feel like the very wanted addition to the family could happen anytime now.

    Celebration is one of my all-time favorite beers, yes. If I had to sit down and really think about a top 20 list, it would be included.

    1) Barrel Theory TDH Rain Drops (7.8% canned 11/5/2025): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Citra and Mosaic for flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit. Clean.
    versus
    2) Barrel Theory Veil Breaker (8.5% canned 11/5/2025): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Citra, Tropical Fusion, and Riwaka for flavors of pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, pineapple and dank pine. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    Barrel Theory IPA Battle, both canned on my birthday. First is a triple dry-hopped version of their flagship Rain Drops with Citra and Mosaic. This is bright, zesty, clean. Toppling Goliath-esque. Excellent.
    Next is Veil Breaker with a bit newer hops of Tropical Fusion and Riwaka. Has a strong passionfruit and lemon/lime zest flavor. A bit phenolic, but flavors are excellent. I think this still may improve as it has some of the phenolic gasoline note still.
    Barrel Theory has been selling out of their hazies all over The Twin Cities and at the top of the NEIPA game. Today, I'm picking TDH Rain Drops, but this Veil Breaker could develop nicely with time.
    Winner: Barrel Theory Rain Drops.
