Full take in the Holiday Tasting Thread linked here. I remember the first time I enjoyed this beer and experiencing black licorice beer flavor for the first time. It's a hoppy porter, has some characteristics of a black IPA. Highly recommend!

I'm sipping on this very tasty Winter Warmer from Cloudburst out of Seattle Washington. Nicely spiced and very drinkable. Canned November 18th, purchased from Good Times Oakland.

I'm back with an excellent Pilsner from Wayfinder out of Portland Oregon, canned November 7th, from Good Times Oakland. Gosh, the US brews some fine Pilsners.

Today, it's simply beautiful outside, out here in McGregor--and both cats Gracie and Sundae couldn't wait to help me investigate today's three new brews: First, with Sundae, it's my eighth from Toronto, Ontario's Avling Brewery--their 6.5% Oatmeal Stout...



...and, poured...



Next, with Gracie, it was my thirteenth from Peterborough, Ontario's Bobcaygeon Brewing Company--their 6.5% Pumpkin Pie-PA...

Finally for today, my fifteenth beer from Hamilton, Ontario's Collective Arts Brewing--their 4.9% Guave Gose...

Tomorrow: Three more new beer explorations, from the following breweries:
--Burdock Brewery (Toronto, Ontario; my thirteenth of their offerings);
--Chapter Two Brewing Company (Windsor, Ontario; my twenty-sixth); and
--Omnipollo (Sundbyberg, Sweden; my sixth)...

A nice change up from KBS; I hope Founders puts it into year round production.
