Zero Gravity Cone Head Haze hazy IPA. Cheers BA’s!

 

1) Phase Three All Pixel Everything (8.0% canned 8/18/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin for flavors of orange, green melon, berries, tropical grape.
versus
2) Phase Three Bokeh Orbs (7.7% canned 10/27/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra and Cashmere for flavors of earthy orange citrus with some notes of pineapple, lime, and melon. (Correctly matched the two blind)

The inaugural Phase Three Battle. Whenever I get a new one I put it up against the best, All Pixel Everything. Pulled in Bokeh Orbs from my most recent shipment.
First is All Pixel Everything, although losing its luster as it approaches four months. Milder aromas, but a bit more blueberry notes from the Mosaic noted. Next is Bokeh Orbs. Cashmere hop here for some tropical lime and green melon flavors. Slightly more robust flavor here as expected. Not quite the flavor level of All Pixel, but I'm giving this an B+ in terms of Phase Three IPAs which an outstanding rating.

We don't often get Surly drops in North Jersey and when we do, I pounce. Despite being 2.5 months old, this Abrasive is still a World Class DIPA. Cheers!

1 of the least impressive Holidays brews I’ve ever experienced. Nothing like.,. wrong., with it, it’s just a light Belgian ale that says ‘Christmas’ on the label. There oughta be a law.,.

 

And right now a Growler IPA by Saranac Brewing (Matt) from NY...

 

Alls I wanted at Cocoon Brewing was to get this one collaboration NEIPA for @TCgenny, and a pizza for me, but this guy says to me, "Bro, have you tried the WCIPA?" I says no. He says, "I just drank it, it is my favorite beer ever." I grabbed it immediately. Then I ordered the pepperoni pizza with honey sauce. It was incredible. This week's emotional sunset piece is dedicated to him. I am going to watch Troll 2, then John Cena's final match.

 

Happy Saturday ba. Starting my weekend, after a rather light work day, especially for the holiday season. The gf went to the Islanders game w/ her pops so I will be unsupervised for a bit.

The brewer said today that he's received so many requests from other regulars that they might have to do multiple labels next year.

And they were doing holiday dog photos to raise funds for the humane society, so we took our new dog for that.

 

Got the TV hung. After a trip to Lowe's for the correct hardware. We'll see how long it stays up. Bracket says up to 46" and 70 lbs. The new one is 58" and 30 lbs. :shrugs: Celebrating this little victory with a Green from Tree House. Cheers!

 

Finally recovered to grab the first beer I planned for today, which will be the last as I plan on another sleep when I finish this one and my chicken alfredo from Caputos.
