Good memory! It's the same friend. He had a heart transplant. He's doing about as well as it is possible for a heart recipient to do -- monthly tests, hordes of drugs, heightened medical complications for EVERYTHING for the rest of his life, and a high probability of needing another heart transplant at some point in the future, but otherwise living a pretty normal life.

 

I did try it once. I thought it was just "ok".

 

Well, the last one of these, at least till I hopefully take a Montana vacation in 2026.

 

Big Papi met his wife a few miles from here playing Single A baseball. We echo your sentiments. Our prayers are with the students, staff, and their families at Brown University.

I remember when I was in Vegas back in 2010 and I was getting 50 cent Hamms taps on Fremont Street. They went down after a super bad poker beat, like only one card in the deck could beat me. They tasted so good, and after 10, I was lit up like a Christmas tree.
