    Just finished a book about the No Alternative album and am starting one on Lollapalooza. Guess I’m feeling nostalgic in my old age. This is a great recent-nostalgia beer. :beers:

    A bit out of left field, but I noticed you rated Luminous Brewhouse in Sheridan, WY. It was the first brewery I spent time at after moving to Wyoming. I became close with the owners and brewers and even repped them at the 2016 World Beer Cup. I just heard they’re closing permanently on December 31st — tough news.

    Got a late gift for Xmas from the in-laws - a nice little four pack Triple secret Des Moines including a proper glassware. When you hear Des Moines think of it as French for "The Monks" instead of the Iowan city:

    10/7/25 Columbus ipa. I love centennial, Simcoe, mosaic hops. Finally charged my headphones after finishing the book. They were down to 30%. Onto the next one :wink:
