What beer are you drinking now? #4823

I have always been a big fan of having extended range, and having fast thin necks. Progressive music is so addicting. I'll definitely check out those bands! I actually have 3 Ibanez guitars right now. One of my friends from high school is the bassist for Dead Cassette and he sold me his GIO 6 string bass for 200 bucks. He said he prefers his 5, but I love metal with bass solos, so gotta have that extra C. I still want one of the RG550s in bright yellow or orange too



Aldi Bourbon Barrel Stout. Best deal of the supermarket from State of Brewing. Really great malt and barrel complexities including leather and tobacco smokiness.

That Aldi bourbon barrel–style stout looks solid. Definitely putting that on my radar.

On the music side, if you’re ever in the mood for brutal death metal, check out Torture Krypt. They’ve got that very New Jersey, 1990s-era vibe — so depending on what you’re into, it may hit just right.

Posthuman Abomination is a bit different — more brutal/technical, and from Italy — released through Comatose Music. There are two albums out and both are excellent, highly recommended.

As for my own stuff, if you’re ever curious, just message me and I can send MP3s directly. The project is Unearthly Aberration. Nothing officially released yet, so no Bandcamp at the moment.
