This is from a brewery in Tampere and I picked it up there a couple of days ago. Time to clear up my stash of beers as they are overcrowding the hotel fridge.

Have a good chill Sunday. I was up last night toking it up with music again. I had my leftovers from Dave's Hot Chicken. Lives up to the hype for me. Medium heat and crispy breading, and moist tenders. Balanced pain and oily spice flavors. The sauce is great, but every chicken place just has their own aioli house sauce that all taste similar. Zaxby's has a good one too. The top loaded fries was at least 5 lbs of food. Best crinkle fries I've had for sure. Plenty of seasoning. So I passed out yesterday morning and slept in to 330AM. I laid down yesterday morning and tried to listen to Salt: A World History by Mark Kurlansky, but I guess I have to rewind it to Chapter 3 again. Really fun book and makes me realize I am Worth My Salt. It's a lot like a Bill Bryson book with a bunch of fun facts and good pace. I also borrowed the Volume 2 Stalin by Stephen Kotkin to listen to 50 hours. He should be releasing Volume 3 this year. I have to read Postwar by Tony Judt first, which is 43 hours and due in under a week. Last year my January was my least amount of books read. Going to try and keep the pace going this time


My cellar is down to 5 boxes in the Pantry cellar. 10/15/2019 Lagunitas Willitized. Funny how I had a drinking problem, but now have a problem drinking. Strong barrel, silky richness. Fair bit of booze and oak tannin drying. Still a decent amount of Coffee but Sunday Morning Stout is the winner on coffee retention over time.

Poured at 56.4°. Whiskey, dark fruit, bittersweet dark chocolate. A solid BA impy stout.

A beer I would gladly drink again.

Sunny, chilly day that may reach 40° this afternoon. We’re going to pack up and load the SUV today for our return drive to Florida tomorrow.
