If a million beers is our goal, and 1% of a million is 10,000 (I'm no math whiz, so somebody check my work here), 1,000 is 0.1%, 100 is 0.01%, and a single beer is 0.001% of our goal. Every little bit helps. I helped by adding 0.0115% yesterday.
You didn't do all that math in your head?! It all looks correct as long as your 0.0115% means that you added 115 new beers yesterday. That's huge!! Way to go!
Didn't even use my crayons! Found a few regional breweries who were on the site, but only had a few beers listed. Checked their on-line beer lists, and, BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!
Next, let's do places! The site has 20,457 places listed, more or less. I think we can get up to 20,500 if I ever get around to adding all the places in my notes.
Aaaaaand I don't give a darn! "What's that?" "I said, I don't GIVE a DARN!" "Oh, he's our shortstop!" Not up past my bedtime, just one big double-digit Parabola over the limit after 'hitting for the cycle' on ipas beforehand. And yes, yes I paid for it today.
Close by Michigan? I can’t think of anything. I did make it over to that Mexican supermacado/taqueria finally, however, and can’t stop thinking about the incredible meal I had. (They also had some imports I don’t find too often out here.)
Just added four new ones from our local brewery (20 total). I like to at least have a taster or sip shot of every beer I add when I'm at a brewery.
OK, this thread has been up for a week now. As of Post 14, the total beers were 741,889, per @Todd . Where are we now? Did we we do better than the weekly average? Are we getting closer to the Magic Number?
I just discovered this thread, but even still I added 3 beers since the thread started. In total I've added 1,395 beers, so that makes 0.1395% of the goal! Let's gooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
Is the site being janky for anybody else? Loading very slow, freezing in the middle of typing? It's putting a serious crimp in adding beers.
It was freezing between every step of adding a beer. Was working fine earlier, got worse as the afternoon went on.
