1) Toppling Goliath Mosaic Mamba (8.5% 9/30/25): A NEIPA from Iowa with Mosaic and Galaxy for flavors of orange, melon, and mango. Smooth.
versus
2) The Veil whiteferrari (8.0% canned 12/11/25): A NEIPA from Virginia with Citra and Galaxy for flavors of orange, pineapple, melon. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Toppling Goliath versus The Veil with Galaxy. First is Mosaic Mamba with Mosaic. Nice berry and floral notes from Mosaic here.
Next is The Veil, Citra and Galaxy. My first try at this. Lots of creamy orange, pineapple, melon, mango. Balanced and the Citra and Galaxy complement each other well here. Some citrus pith and a smooth finish.
Both are similar, but can tell the difference between the Mosaic and Citra. Not a huge Galaxy fan, but I think it's a nice complement hop meaning it supports other more prominent hops without providing too much assertive flavors.
My last Mosaic Mamba unfortunately, and I'm not sure how they make this defy age. Toppling Goliath hasn't had a release in a while, so interested to see what they release next. I do miss Fire, Skulls, & Money.

4) Bills: blame to go around, super bummer, repercussions felt everywhere around here
5) NE, deserved
6) Texans CJ let you down in a big way, terrible
7) Seahawks ,,, I was still in shock to watch

Agreed. Our cats are insiders, the dogs are sizable (some pleasantly plump ), and the eagles/hawks haven't attacked the chickens and ducks yet thankfully, but we do get concerned about some of the smaller animals that other pet owners let run amok in the area
