    It’s about time the bar opened. I enjoy scrolling through in the morning while I’m on my indoor bike. I was contemplating asking my wife to bring me a beer so I could get this thing going!

    Right along here ba. 7 layer stout, bba br (cocoa nibs, coconut, & graham crackers), central waters.

    Nice and light barrel w/ subtle tannins. A smooth and slightly sticky feel. Good notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and a sorta tasty cookie/candy bar flavor. Drinks a lot better than I thought it would,

    Today, it's simply beautiful, out here in McGregor, though weather's supposed to be much worse next week--and both cats Gracie and Sundae were happy to help me consider the day's new brews: First, with Gracie, it's my tenth beer from Ottawa, Ontario's Beyond the Pale Brewing Company--their 6.7% Rye Guy IPA...

    Next, with Sundae, my second brew from Frankfurt, Germany's Radeberger Gruppe--the 0.5% Clausthaler Original Lager (my first non-alcoholic beer; I'll try anything once). It was truly abysmal, and I'm being rather generous...

    Third, also with Sundae, it's my second beer from Dundas, Ontario's Shawn & Ed Brewing Co.--their 4% Salted Lime Lager...

    Finally, with Gracie once more, my eighteenth brew from nearby Windsor, Ontario's Walkerville Brewery--the 3.9% Calypso Pale Ale...

    Tomorrow: Three more new beers awaiting my infinite contemplation, from the following breweries:
    --Beyond the Pale Brewing Company (Ottawa, Ontario; my eleventh of their handiworks);
    --Great Lakes Brewery (Etobicoke, Ontario; my twenty-second); and
    --Lake of Bays Brewing Company (Baysville, Ontario; my thirteenth)...
