Hello BAs. More remodel job here today. Dusty, dry and creating a beer Jones like it's nobody's beeswax. The project is lookin' good. Getting close to painting.
A little perk in the weather pattern here is a bonus. Hopefully I'll be enjoying a beer or two outdoors within the next week without having to sprint back inside.
Luce Line Eagle Mountin' Mountain DIPA 8.3%
Notes of melon, guava, stonefruit, peach...damn smooth.
Nice to see @superspak enjoying a brew yesterday from this brewery. I think you'd enjoy a couple trips there esp in the summer brother. They're knockin' the Hazies outa the park.

Enjoying a Wild Saison from the smaller West Asheville brewer Cellarest. This was rested in a cherrywood foudre and then a secondary mixed culture fermentation in an oak puncheon. If in Asheville Cellarest and Zillicoah are the two must stops for very good lagers, saisons, and wild brews.
