look what i found in the local edeka! (will review later), see how it compares to budweiser from the czech republic. apparently AB exports to germany now. see photograph from prospect. note it’s called Anheuser-Busch Bud.
I looked at your post, but there wasn't any image code or link. Use the Image icon in the toolbar and then insert the public URL for whatever service you're using that also allows hotlinks (public embeds).
(Had to adjust your BBcode, but looks good now. Protip: preview and use the BBcode editor if needed to remove error/sneaky links.)
According to this INSIDE BEER article, this is AB > AB-InBev's third attempt at BUD in Germany recent years. AB ad in a more innocent time, before the globalization of the beer market (and when imported beer in the US had a 1-2% market share).
Here's another Inside Beer article about the re-launch https://www.inside.beer/news/detail/germany-ab-inbev-relaunches-bud-to-celebrate-150th-anniversary
My apologies to my German drinking buds - subjecting you to AB piss water is just another Trumpism for which we beer-drinking Muricans heartily apologize!
Me too if I could buy a six-pack of Tannenzäpfle for 4.99 Euros ($5.90 today). I purchased a six-pack of Tannenzäpfle about a month ago and it costed me over 21 bucks. Ouch!! Cheers!
Bud was in Wiesbaden back in '98 '99 while I lived there. Said 'Bud' on the label as AB didn't have the European trademark for Budweiser. Edit. I'm back in Germany every year. Didn't realize Bud left, but I wasn't looking for it.
