    Had this on cask a few weeks ago and thought I'd pick up a couple of tins as it was lovely. Still a very good coffee porter, just slightly lost something that the cask had.

    Granted, we do have some fine to excellent beers at the local Aldi. Beside this one I had some other options like the 500ml can of Tripel Karmeliet for a bit over 2€. Quite a fair deal.

    Today, it's much warmer, and just beautiful outside, out here in McGregor--and both cats Gracie and Sundae helped me investigate the day's new brews: First, with Sundae, it's my fourteenth beer from Bracebridge, Ontario's Muskoka Brewery--their 6.2% Out of Office Tropical IPA...

    Finally, this time with Gracie, it's my twenty-third beer from Barrie, Ontario's Great Lakes Brewery--their 4.8% GLB Classic Plzen Czech Style Lager...

    Tomorrow: Four (since it's hump day, and the bonus beer's light) more new beer explorations for me to embark upon, from the following breweries:
    --Halo Brewery (Toronto, Ontario; my twenty-second of their handiworks);
    --Lake of Bays Brewing Company (Baysville, Ontario; my fourteenth);
    --Left Field Brewery (Toronto, Ontario; my fifteenth); and
    --Muskoka Brewery (Bracebridge, Ontario; my fifteenth)...
