Wise Man True Chaos Berliner Weisse. Great stuff. I have had quite a few Juniper beers in the past and this fell in line with expectations. Not overly lactic, and well balanced with a nice Brett note after almost 2 years in the can. I need to get some more Wise Man beers from Total Wine. I went to the brewery last year for cider fest.

They couldn’t do Mohs surgery. Something about the skin on the back doesn’t lend itself to Mohs surgery. So they cut a big swath of skin on Monday and sent it to the lab. Lab results came in the next day. Apparently, the lab results showed they got all the cancer with margins so they sewed me up on Tuesday.
