I find it fairly close to an Italian Pils due to its dry nature rather than a Bohemian Pils as I believe it was intended to be. Splitting hairs, especially when mostly a pils is a pils. Cheers, sir!

 

#2, out for dinner with Mrs O. My appreciation for this iconic beer can’t be stated strongly enough. So good, IMHO.

Yes sir, we had 27 last weekend and about 5 nights at 32 or less in the last 3 weeks. Funky Buddha is about 4 hours south of us in Oakland Park, near Ft. Lauderdale.

As a long time New Englander, I feel for you. What you show is why I now live in Arizona.

 

Have a good Tuesday. Slept to 1PM, Julia took a sick day from a stomach bug. I have been reading The Demon of Unrest by Erik Larson all afternoon, and it is my favorite Larson book yet. It keeps a great thriller pace, and very detailed, only covering 5 months of time(between Abraham Lincoln's election in November 1860 and the start of the Civil War at Fort Sumter in April 1861). It's due at the library at 4AM so I am doing it all in one day. 4.25/5 Next up is Ghost in the Wires by Kevin Mitnick . It's a memoir of a legendary hacker. I always like a good tech book.

Wicked Weed Imperial Perni-Haze. Very vibrant, juicy, and dank balanced hop profile of Elani, El Dorado, and Citra. A lot more stone fruit heavy than the base beer that has Citra and Simcoe. Prefer the OG hazy a lot more.

With my luck I would rip out a few stitches. What was interesting is the nurse who removed the bandage showed me some pictures of the surgery. One picture showed how much skin they removed. Maybe a bit bigger than the size of a silver dollar (youngins here have no idea what a silver dollar is). After they stitched me up the stitched area looked about four times the length.

 

I am ready to knock back a few. Cheers all.
