Ah - the green wax - that was a great beer.

 

That Mizunara and the DB Generational that were onsite at the cellar only are some of the best stouts they've ever done.

 

That original Double Bourbon Barrel Generational that was on site only (that I was lucky enough to be in St. Louis for) is my favorite beer they've produced. And you're right - the green wax Mizunara wasn't far behind.

 

Did I miss for LC?

 

No, they haven’t sent anything to LC for new beer in a few weeks

Got to visit the cellar over the weekend and had draft pours of D16, Phase Rule, and Persona "Grand Crew". That Persona blend was awesome and made my night. Unfortunately only have CK to bring home.

Definitely feel like if For LC wasn’t put in the book this year would have ended and it would be renewal time.

Going off memory (which is poor-ish)the other “optional” bottles were D12; DBD Stagg Jr; Continuance 2; Symmetry; Cellar 10th Anniversary BW

 

Is D12 bottled in small format? Read 375 ml on the to-go menu.

 

I wasn’t really looking at it, soon as I read coconut I completely lost interest

 

They was a few typos, the DBD VSOP 2018 on the tasting menu was actually the OG DBD 2016
