Thank you @Shanex and @micada for the kind words yesterday. Going through Cellaruary, have much respect for your ability to handle these pours a lot easier than what I'm experiencing on my end.

The first of three planned exactly a year after the 2025 Cellaruary.

3 Sheeps Veneration (Canned 12/14/22 & Refrigerated vs. Cellared, because can)



Full 2026 Cellaruary take linked here. WBAYDN take, the rye whiskey is more prominent vs. complimentary or on par with the wonderful base that still comes through well with the aroma. Still good, but not great.

Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for opening the bar! Which is hard to enjoy, the weather or the Duvel? Personally, I'd choose the mild, sunny weather!

No New Breakfast Beer today - instead, one from a recent Ninja box:



Expedition Stout Bourbon Barrel Aged Chocolate Ancho Chile (2024) from Bells. 12 fl oz bottle, received 17/02/26 in a Ninja box from @Whyteboar (Thanks Craig!). This is from the same run as the one I reviewed back in 2024. It has definitely held up well, with the chiles still bringing some heat but not burning out my mouth. Actually, this bottle has the BBA aspect shining through – something that was lacking in the fresher bottle. If I re-reviewed this, I might raise my score from 4.25 to 4.5! Thanks again Craig!
