Finishing up my Bakes Brewing Co - Ch’ip 9 (Quadruple IPA, 12%).
Crazy smooth quadruple IPA from Bakes Brewing (Belmar, New Jersey) on this one! Heavy hitter coming in at 12% ABV but very smooth! You do get some of that boozy taste throughout but nothing too much, really good mix of the hops of the quad! Thicker mouthfeel with a smooth creamy taste through each sip. Ch'ip 9 was made for the championship because this heavy hitter goes down super smooth and hits the nail on the head for a quad IPA!

“Fools Gold” Hefe, but without the peanut butter.
Soooooo much better without, IMHO.

Cheers. Not picking up too much pumpkin with this last year beer. Nice slight alcohol burn and lively mouth feel though. Can't really place any of the spices either, but they're lending to the burn.
