Smog City “Super Cell” hazy. Good. I replaced the grill I lost finally with a small electric version. I’d forgotten how much I like grilled food. A hazy is just the thing to have when everything else is ready and you just need to heat the grill.

see the ale, be the ale.

I've never tried a super old beer in that range, so most likely put 2 & 3 together and came up with ice cream:rolling_eyes:

I do. Not sure if that helps, but living here in Houston, our store-bought guacamole can be top notch if you shop at the right stores.:grin:

    Now I'm hungry.

Pilsner Urquell. Really good. A bier for the period it takes for fish to grill.

I make guac in 5 mins at home with one Avocado. I do it one at a time because it's so easy and good freshly made. However in the restaurant we do use the fresh/frozen product. It's high quality you prob wouldn't notice any difference

Brewed with American and European malts, and hopped with Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe.
Relatively light on the malt bill, this is a hop-forward beer. It is also pretty crisp, so it is definitely drinkable. Sharp bitterness with woody and mandarin orange and grapefruit rind and pith notes. I liked it, but not my favorite American IPA or Foam beer.
