The act of raising and taking care of your first born early on is a trying, but also beautiful thing. I wish you guys the best, and more so I simply know that you got this! Beer helps too though. I had all the early AM shifts in feeding baby Raulita. And one time at like 6 AM during a feeding, a Swamis just sounded good so I cracked one - and it was one of the most satisfying beers I’ve ever had. Trust your instincts. And as you obviously know, you can reach out to Raul for advise or whatever anytime you want. Cheers, brother

 

For some reason I’ll grab this one every know and then if it’s fresh. What I love is that it leans for classic West Coast IPA compared to today’s monstrosities. It isn’t served at Club Raul, but I still have much respect for it.
