We were supposed to get that in today at work, and I was looking forward to it. The delivery didn't show. Try again next week.

Relatively new one from Aurora (2/6/26).
Just added it to the database . I'll review the next one. 4.30ish , at least.
Pineapple creamsicle x 1/2 that much flavor intensity & less sweet + fresh guava at full intensity .
The empty glass & the can with 2 swallows in it are 1'+ away & I'm smelling fresh guava.
    Good one. :+1:

    1) Other Half Citra + Nectaron (8.5% canned 1/13/26): A NEIPA from NY with Citra and Nectaron for flavors of mandarin, peach, pineapple, and lychee.
    versus
    2) Abomination Wandering Into the Fog - Galaxy (8.6 canned 1/11/26): A NEIPA from Connecticut with Citra, Mosaic, Jade, Summit, Galaxy for flavors of orange, pine, peach, and berries. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Other Half versus Abomination Brewing featuring Galaxy hops. First is Other Half. Citra and Galaxy. Orange, bright pineapple, OJ. A little hot.
Next is Abomination. Much more pine and stonefruit here. Oats. Bitter pine balances smooth oat malts.
Winner: Abomination Wandering Into the Fog - Galaxy

Dark amber pour and glass appearance; robust carbonation; respectable head, khaki color; densely frothy and long-lasting. Outstanding toasted malt nose. Incredible taste; toasted malts and roasted dark grains; moderate malt sweetness; a suggestion of roasted nuts; very subtle grain char and hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; smooth with a fine velvet-like feel; warm.

It seems I have a new favorite bock beer! The smell, taste, and mouthfeel are phenomenal; rich and malty with mildly dense and fine warmth. Well-balanced and incredibly tasty!

Spent today at the restaurant getting ready for the crazy St Pats celebration here. Cooked 75 pounds of corned beef today and will do another 75 tomorrow along with
Veggies. Also have to roll another 50 corned beef and cabbage, Swiss eggrolls. Alot to do but the beauty is I won't be participating in the drunk fest on Sat/Sun.
