Weldwerks Juicy Axe collaboration with Fidens . CO 02/26 with an ABV 8.8%. 97 degrees RN at 425 pm. Will hit 100 tomorrow which will be the earliest triple digit date ever recorded here in AZ. Usually dont see that til 1st week of May.

 

Unless I get real ambitious tonight, and put o The Quiet Man, this is probably it for me ha.

Another Foreign Extra Stout, ignore or not the Power's John's Lane 12 Year Old (but it is one of my favorite Irish Whiskeys ha)...and this later masterpiece by Dave Liebman spinning. With Jack DeJohnette and Dave Holland...how could this not be excellent

 

Nothing says st. Pats/ Ireland like Chilis & baby back ribs ba. 22 oz -5 buck pour- modelo. Have yet to see any green beer…

Reminds me of my days growing up in NJ. Lived 42 miles from NYC. For a few years the drinking age in NYC was 18. 21 in NJ. So of course we went to NY. A place called Greenwood Lakes. All sorts of bars and bands.

 

It's not Irish. Sue me.

 

Sounds like Wisconsin and Illinois back in my day. Cops all over the border waiting.

It's been a little while now since I've had either Extra or Foreign Extra. I recall I prefer a little less bitterness. But I know people absolutely love either of those and that's why it's one of the most popular beers in the world.

 

You could - plus I like to slice it thin across the grain which also makes it a bit more tender. Cheers!!

I made my wife’s favorite dinner tonight for her birthday

Grilled sea scallops over greens, we don’t typically go out for dinner on Saint Patrick’s Day, it gets to be kind of amateur hour around here at night.

 

I will take that under advisement. I do like a good English Bitter, so if it runs close to those lines that should do.
