Hop Farmer's Daughter is a WCIPA from Bale Breaker Brewing which features the newest Pink Boots hop blend from Yakima Chief Hops (Ekuanot, Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic):
I'm planning a double IPA enjoyment tonight. Not a DIPA, but 2 different IPAs opened together, sipped side-by-side. But before I do... Do I even bother opening the Troegs PERPETUAL? There def seems to be some sediment on bottom of bott8. Not s good omen. I've searched the bottle all over, using 2 different lights, different angles...and I CANNOT FIND A DATE ANYWHERE. (I know, 1st world problems, but, damn it is frustrating. Do they not date anymore? I searched the forums, and it seems they do use a 'Best Before.' Could an IPA loving BA help me out here ? Where or where is it? Cheers
Sediment at the bottom is fine, but no date is inexcusable! Unfiltered IPA’s will always have sediment at the bottom of the can no matter how fresh. I try to never buy an IPA without a date (preferably born on), unless I know for sure it’s fresh or it’s canned at the brewery in front of me. Hope your double IPA adventure was a success!
