I consider myself a pretty tidy person, but when it comes to beer I'm a shameless hoarder. Beers have been lurking at the depths of my fridge for what appears to be literal years. But sometimes this can be fun. I felt like an archeologist when I saw this can yesterday.

Happy Friday BA's! Back from getting the 4runner 35,000 mile service completed. Winding down for lunch with a Trillium Fort Point.

 

We're in Frackville, just outside of Pottsville, home of Yuengling, having breakfast.
I love a restaurant that serves beer with breakfast!

We're heading to Old Forge Pa, to do the Old Forge Pizza Trail after we eat.
Definitely some breweries will be visited.

Quite a weather change from yesterdays 74 and sunny and low 30s today - ah well, such is early spring I suppose.....I can always cry in my (delicious local) beer!

 

Another cold morning here. Wind chills in the upper teens. Loaded my wood stove 3x last night into the wee hrs. 78F in the bsmt felt nice. This Pastry Stout will feel nice...a local brewery that does well.

They might have been partying at the brewery...
BTW @beergoot I'm happy that you're into those Stroh's !! but Schmidt might give it a run for its money. You be the judge.


For a Stout this has a remarkably light feel. Cool.
