TGIF BAs. This is very tasty, but I can't say that the nitro does much. Maybe a bubble show for 3-6 seconds during the pour and that's that. As I write this the head is already settled to just a ring. Its drinking like a cask beer now, nothing wrong with that as it does taste nice.
Not a widget BTW, must be canned in a nitrogen environment. Canned on 2/11, enjoy by 6/11.
Yes, I followed the explicit instructions on the can.

That beer should feel priviledged to be enjoyed in that glass (if it had feelings).:beers:

I am enjoying Thoughts are Things, a fantastic, today-fresh DIPA at the Noble Savage brewpub. Cheers!

Just finished chopping root vegetables and the cleanup and settling in from another Tired Hands DIPA, this one called Grassman. So good @jzeilinger-BTW i like the doctor appointment confusion on a Friday afternoon:grin:. That Fidens/Weldwerks collaboration must be tracked down if approved by the PA Advocates!
    Cheers!

Good time to get out of PHX. Any decisions on the journey's path (my inner traveler is enquiring)?

I’ve been working through the Trpels I can get my hands on in the dark cold north.
I’ve had this before, but it is pretty nice…

...doing some minor metal working in the 'Fortress of Solitude' this cold, wet, and lightly breezy day...and excellent time to enjoy a fine winter warmer...let's do it for beer...

Clear, brown pour, reddish mahogany tone to the body; excellent carbonation; thick, light khaki head; densely foamy and long-lasting with a rocky, sculpted look. Rich malt nose; well-rounded sweetness with a low-key holiday spiciness. Excellent taste; well-balanced malt sweetness with hints of dried red fruits and holiday spices; allspice and nutmeg; balanced bitterness. Medium mouthfeel with a mild stickiness; lightly warm.

This tasty little winter warmer exudes balanced with a great holiday malt toastiness and spicness. Very good!

Wow! Did this really work? I have not been able to post from my phone for weeks. I have tried multiple posting services with no luck. Not having any other issues with my phone or with any other web sites. Back on the PC and imgur let me post this (hopefully). Cheers everyone!
