    Kidding, of course. My uncle worked (risked his life) for them delivering chips all over that area.... when we visited them in Bethlehem as a kid the chips were flowing...one of those foods my own mom wasn't keen to keep in her own house....a tradition I seem to be carrying on. Cheers!

    Finishing up the last of my Alchemist haul whilst still working with a coworker on a presentation for an all-day meeting tomorrow. This beer is sublimely world class, IMHO.

    ...actually, I had a fantastic red Greek wine yesterday (I smoked a semi-boneless leg of lamb)...it was Magoutes Xinomavro Siatista...well-balanced, jammy...I actually used the bulk of it for marinating meats over time, but thought I better pour some for myself...I loved it...I hope to find another bottle of it...
