I have @ 10 12 oz coozies and 4 16 oz ones and 2 19 oz ones for the few times I pick up a stovepipe can. Oh and 2 slim can ones for Brew Gentleman cans.
Since I don't use them I don't pay much attention to them and didn't even realize they come in different sizes. I suppose it only makes sense.
I belonged to one but it was for fans of Koozie, who was a go-go dancer at the bar I used to buy my pizzas.
Never came across anything like that. I definitely wouldn't join. It's draft only for me when I'm out. Canned/bottle beers at home only.
Someone mentioned above that koozies exist for Shaker pint glasses so you could start a club where you drink your drafts.....
These things seem to multiply once you get a few. Rare to never use one. I stopped taking any swag for the most part. It’s just more junk to sit and fill space I don’t have. Enjoy
I don't know what kinds of places you (or anyone here) go to for drinking, but I don't think a koozie club would work well in places that serve mostly craft beers. I can't think of the last time I was served a craft beer in a bottle/can at a bar or brewery, so koozies for a club would have to be available that would fit Shaker pint glasses (or other glass/mug styles).
I think you're reading too much into this. You get your own personal koozie with your name on it, and it hangs on a wall inside the front entrance for you to grab when you come in the door. I think that's all there is to it, but I'll try to make a return visit next month and discover any more details.
