What beer are you drinking now? #4915

Yikes. Don't blame you then.

 

When we went to get cat food at walmart last week, my wife picked up a Modelo mix 12 pack. I have always loved the chelada's, but the 12 pack only has the fruit and pepper versions, and none of the tomato one. I'll have to grab some micheladas of some sort soon. Modelo Chelada Pina Picante. Big Pineapple juiciness with a crisp clean lager finish, and fairly strong linger of pepper spice and heat. Refreshing, flavorful, and festive. I already reviewed all these in the 24 ounce cans a while ago. 4.1/5

Having this Helles from Roaring Table Brewing Co. Tough game for the Illini. Just not a great shooting night. Missed a bunch of layups which did not help. Proud of their run this year. A great group of guys. Hope they are able to make another run next year. Cheers all.

Trynt Meadow English Trappist Blond Ale in the glass...review over at the NBW thread. Its good, a bit of a hybrid between a Belgian Pale Ale and English Pale Ale.

Ancillary vice is Ballechin 10 Year Old Scotch...which you can ignore or not, but I'll probably have more of this before the night is over

Next up is a rachbier märzen that’s an 8-way collab between Single Hill, Cloudburst, Obelisk, Urban Family, Ladd & Lass, Human Poeple, Ravenna, and Varietal — a real murderer’s row of Washington State (and/or very-close-to-Washington-State ) breweries. It’s very good! I had this last night as well at Ladd & Lass and it was so good I picked up a can to go.
