It has a very pheasant pleasant taste.

 

Cloudy with showers and cool today. Not a typical day for here, but it is nice to have every once in a while.
Enjoying this hazy IPA from La Cumbre:

 

Drinking this Feast or Famine triple bock from Tree House today. Really interesting and unique beer almost like an Eisbock in taste, a little more heavy dark rich and fruity than a usual doppelbock, with 11.5% abv. I’m picking up strawberry jam notes with some cherry cola syrup flavor and toasted brown bread crust, dark molasses, caramel and dried fruity notes, finishing with a touch of spice and mild hops. Real nice beer on this cold day here. Cheers all!

 

Similar day here @lordofthewiens, 64 degrees, windy and rainy, a nice change from the heat. Jai Alai with pizza for lunch.

 

The weather is particularly unpredictable, out here in McGregor--yesterday afternoon, there was hail, and, last night, when I was walking home from my lady Pamela's place, the snow was coming down in torrents. But this morning things have stabilized, and both cats Gracie and Sundae were inspired (when they weren't fighting lol) to help me investigate the day's new libations--as I continue my Spring Cleaning project of going through my duplicates of the past few months...a celebration of fine Ontarian breweries: First, with Sundae, from Toronto's Godspeed Brewery--their 7.2% PEPA Czech Pale Lager (it was my first time having it canned, though; I tried it on tap in a flight, recently, at Windsor's The Cookie Bar--one of the two best places in the city for craft beer selection)...

Last one for the night would be a Greek macro lager, Zythos Alfa. Having it at a "patsatzidiko" restaurant (restaurant that serves only tripe and trotter soup). Don't go in there if you are offended by the smell of cooked intestines and the sight of veal/pig feet in your soup.

 

So, not quite pointless but damned close meetings suck.
Good thing there’s beer!
