    I would say it is an above average hazy IPA. Nothing wrong with it and it drinks pretty nicely overall, but also nothing to set it apart from the sea of IPA’s out there. I was just happy to see a different brewery on the shelves and it actually wasn’t priced too bad for our area at $14. So many breweries seem to charge $18 or so right out of the gate

    Tomorrow is the day, I have been counting this down for a while now. Joe Lovano is doing his Coltrane at 100 Celebration in downtown Houston tomorrow. One of my favorite modern jazz musicians...and this might be my favorite modern jazz album in a long time.

    Other Worlds spinning. Kind of a concept album were a bands music is sent out into space, and attracts a benevolent being as a great fan ha. With art work from the comic book artist, Dave Chisholm.

    I got a shortie because I didn't want to commit to an entire pint.
    It's not as bad/good as I expected.
    It's sour, crisp, tart, and smooth.
    Definitely odd, a bit of diesel fuel in the finish.
    I had to try it for dessert.

    ...thinking of @Thankin_Hank while watching some Smithsonian Channel episodes of things like the AC-130U and P-47 aircraft...while all this is going on, have a marinaded rib eye steak, french fries, and fresh fruit on the menu while Oscar and I do the bachelor thing this evening...a very conducive environment for meat, potatoes, beer, bourbon, and (yes) fresh fruit...gotta maintain balance in one's lifestyle...
